2023 WolfStock BrewFest and Concert raised $48,000 for Shy Wolf Sanctuary

(Naples, FL – February 20, 2023) The 4th WolfStock BrewFest and Concert held last February 4, 2023, at the Paradise Coast Sports Complex was able to raise $48,000 to support Shy Wolf Sanctuary Education & Experience Center. Hundreds of people partook in entertainment, samplings of craft beers from many local breweries, and a variety of food offerings.

The event opened up with lively music from ‘Kari Melissa and the Inferno’ and ‘All For You’, followed by the headline act ‘The Champ Jaxon Band’ who performed their soulful blues-rock music. During the evening, artists Esau Rodriguez, Mully, and Ron E. Gross painted portraits of two of Shy Wolf’s resident animals. The striking paintings were auctioned off in support of the Sanctuary.

Shy Wolf Ambassadors Nola, Vector, Sophie Sweets, and Mr. Peabody also made a special appearance, engaging with guests and performers. Vector, Sophie Sweets, and Mr. Peabody are available for adoption. Applications can be submitted online at ShyWolfSanctuary.org.

Proceeds from WolfStock, will directly support Shy Wolf Sanctuary’s mission of healing hearts and minds through rescue, sanctuary, and education. The organization rescues captive-bred exotic and un-releasable wild animals. Many of the animals they rescued have been abandoned, neglected, and abused. They have stories to share of survival, thriving, learning to trust again, and the healing power of unconditional love. Shy Wolf shares their stories in a variety of ways through community presentations, on-site visits, and partnering with nonprofit organizations helping people through the Healing Hearts program.
