(Naples, FL – October 10, 2022) Recently, Shy Wolf Sanctuary Education & Experience Center successfully held its 2nd Annual Shy Wolf Scramble at the Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club in Naples and was able to raise over $19,000.

 

Participating teams competed in a best shot format in various golf challenges such as the hole-in-one, closest to pin, longest drive, and putting contest. In addition to the competition, participants also enjoyed lunch and drinks in the company of friends, family, and fellow golfers. Shy Wolf Sanctuary animal ambassadors, Ozzy, Lola, and Seger, also joined the event to cheer on the golfers and gave them a warm welcome.

The proceeds from this charity golf tournament will be used in support to Shy Wolf Sanctuary’s mission of healing hearts and minds through rescue, sanctuary, and education. The proceeds will be used for the sustenance of the organization’s rescued captive-bred exotic and un-releasable wild animals, as well as various annual educational programs.
