January 12th Meditation Added – Nidra Yoga

Our Meditations have been so popular we’ve added another one in January! Meet Sandy Carter on the 12th and learn all about Nidra Yoga and its health benefits while meditating with the wolves and other resident animals. Sandy has been practicing since 2001 (the same year we first met her) and has an international certification in yoga (E-RYT) with over 5000 hours teaching. Learn grounding techniques and how to reduce stress and blood pressure, all while enhancing your concentration and focus.
